Your Concern

When anxiety or depression take hold, they can create an experience of helplessness. Many reasons may lead you to feel stressed or overwhelmed, including life transitions, struggles with identity, conflict with family or friends, a recent break-up, dating anxiety, career concerns, health issues, low self-esteem, and struggles with making friends or maintaining healthy relationships.

It's natural to feel lost and alone. We often blame ourselves and feel shame or guilt for letting a situation get out of hand. The self-blame only leads to increased insecurity, self-doubt, and anxiety. It can feel like a vicious cycle.

My Approach

I'm here to help you to achieve self-confidence and develop the skills you will need to manage anxiety and depression. I can help you understand who you are to empower you to nurture a healthier relationship with yourself. This is crucial to maintain good mental health.

You will also learn what true self-care looks like and be able to understand what it means to love yourself and have self-compassion. Our work together will help you define the concepts of healthy boundaries and healthy relationships in a way tailored to meet your emotional needs.

By knowing how relationships work, we can understand how relational dynamics impact you in all areas of life including career, leisure, family, friendships, and in love on an individual level.
